There are two types of hairless guinea pigs, Baldwins and Skinny Pigs. Baldwins are an extremely rare, completely hairless breed of guinea pig and not yet widely available in the pet trade. They are born with fur that starts falling out starting at the head and falls out completely.

Care of Baldwins
They enjoy eating veggies, grazing in the back yard, getting timothy hay daily, chewable vitamin C tablets 1-2 times per week, & unrestricted timothy pellets. Stretched out napping in their heated C&C cage with fleece bedding is their favorite past time. They also enjoy frequent wheeking, rumble strutting, chutting, whining at other pigs who are annoying, chattering teeth if perturbed, and most hilariously, chirping. If you catch them sleeping standing and huddled up, instead of stretched out comfortable- they feel too cold for comfort! These guys are as strong and healthy as any other piggy, but remember they are hairless and need comfortable accomodations.
For Heating, I like a 40 or 60 Watt Zoo Med Repticare Ceramic Infrared Heat Emitter with a 5.5 inch Porcelain Clamp Lamp with 5.5 inch dome clipped so it rests flush on top or side of the cage so heat radiates into the cage, for example:http://www.amazon.com/ROLF-C-HAGEN-Ceramic-Emitter/dp/B0002DIAWU/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1302664761&sr=8-16 or http://www.petmountain.com/show_product/11442-105644 with http://www.amazon.com/Zoo-Med-Deluxe-Porcelain-5-5-Inch/dp/B0002AQCX2
Of course, the cage should be large enough that they can choose to be close to or far from the heater.
For Bedding, Fleece is the best! It is so much easier, cheaper, and cleaner than any other bedding. No shavings or litter to get kicked out of the cage and no dumping and wasting expensive litter! Just use a little hand vaccuum to pick up droppings daily and then throw the bedding in the wash once a week. Plus, it's so plush and comfortable for them- they love fleece and will popcorn endlessly, a popcorning pig is a happy pig!
